Who would you be if you were free to be yourself?
Are you curious to learn more about the magic of Life in our bodies? Would you like to release old, unhelpful patterns, while opening to the truth of who you are and the joy of freeing your body and creative flow? All while being coached through safe exercises and fed delicious vegetarian meals in a beautiful eco-resort situated between mountain and ocean.
A retreat to recover a free-flowing relationship with Self and Nature
In this retreat, we remember that health is natural, everything is connected, flow is essential, and the body never lies. Through introspective and experiential exercises, intuitive creativity and soulful teachings, we remember that healing is listening, freeing, and living in the present moment. We’ll lean on breath, meditation and the beautiful Nature surrounding us while sharing in a compassionate circle.
You will practice Osteobalance, a movement practice combining Yoga and Pilates, guided by the science of physical therapy and osteopathy, while being introduced to Qigong, with its many known benefits.
