A beautiful and luxurious house in a beautiful location with beautiful views. If you can drag yourself away from the house there's the river to explore, the local villages, the national park and the beach, all within easy reach. And Claude and her team were extremely welcoming and helpful, providing tips and recommendations. We really couldn't have asked for more.

We had great holidays in this house. Amazing views, great house. All we need is in the house... just everything to have confortable and fun holidays. All people involved during our holidays where fantastic, firstly Claude with great comunication to have the house perfectly prepared for us (even bought a barnecue especially for us), then Ana which help us with daily questions and helping a fantastic meal we had with chef Patricia, the gardener Nuno and his daugther Luz which where very kind to us and gave a tour through the beautiful vegetable gardener and picking some vegetables and edible flowers for us. Francisca and her daugther where very kind and friendly as well and with a lot of patience taking care of few of our kids during the watering of the garden and even the neighbour that offer us a fantastic bottle of champagne. Nothing negative to say except that was a fantastic stay that we all want to repeat soon. Thanks to all of you from the bottom of our hearts. Hopefully we will come back in the nearly years...

C`est une superbe semaine qui s`achève aujourd`hui, avec un petit pincement au cœur…mais qui laissera des souvenirs inoubliables ! Merci infiniment à Debbie, Kat et Ana pour leur accueil, les repas incroyables, l`atelier permaculture, la beauté du lieu, et l`atmosphère chaleureuse qu`elles font régner dans la maison. C`était ma première retraite de yoga et c`est une expérience plus que réussie grâce à vous. Avec GRATITUDE

This is a beautiful house, in stunning surroundings. The view of the river is breathtaking and every thought has been given to making this a true home from home. The house is well stocked with everything you need and this was so helpful considering we are a group of 11 with 7 children ranging from 5 to 17. Ralf and Ana are always on hand if you have any questions and are able to provide information about what to do in the local area. There is a bakery and small cafe/bar within 10 mins walk but the majority of restaurants can be found in Ponte De Lima about 10mins drive away. Taxis are readily available for around 10 Euros. We would highly recommend staying at this unique house and visiting this beautiful part of Portugal. We really hope that we’re able to return very soon!

What an amazing experience! Ralf's villa is much more than we expected and more beautiful than the pictures. we were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids, we all loved it! the villa, swimming pool, garden and surrounding is so peaceful with beautiful green views. you have lots of nice quite places in the villa and the garden that allowed for a big group to feel at ease and relax. The house has everything you need: extremely equipped kitchen, bathrooms and toilets for each of the 6 double rooms and the big Yoga hall that also served us for our family Ping-Pong tournament :-). Ralf was always very responsive and communicative and Ana provided an amazing service as our host with great recommendations and was always friendly and available for our needs. We have booked many villas through AirBnB and this one gets the top spot for us. 10/10! We will definitely be back for more.
